Cash Rebates and Refunds

Cash rebates or refunds obtained as a result of purchases MUST be deposited into the appropriate account for which the expense was deducted. Non-cash rebates (free gifts, etc.) should accrue to the benefit of the University and not the Cardholder.
NOTE: Cardholders are prohibited from accepting refunds by cash or check.
