CSU Operating Fund
The CSU Operating Fund derives from fees paid by students attending University.
The following restrictions apply to the use of CSU Operating Fund Appropriations:
- CSU Operating Fund Appropriations may not be used to pay for alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, gifts or awards.
- CSU Operating Fund Appropriations may not be used to pay for food and beverages for business meetings attended only by employees of the University or its auxiliaries.
- Any expenditure prohibited by statute including the California Budget Act.
CSU Operating Fund is the THEFD CMS Fund ChartField.
