Presidential Directive No. 11
Presidential Directive No. 11 was established by California State University, Fullerton to take measures to assure the general public, donors, legislators, students and granting organizations that all funds received by the University are wisely spent and do not personally benefit University employees. All expenditures must be essential, reasonable and support the University's Mission, Goals and Strategies.
