Guidelines for Reimbursed Activities
A reimbursed activity is an activity performed by a unit, department, or college at California State University, Fullerton that needs to be reimbursed from an outside entity not directly related. Reimbursed activities are also known by the campus community as “invoicing”.
Some examples of reimbursed activities include:
- Invoicing to outside agencies, vendors, or individuals for activities performed, such as the CSU Chancellor’s Office
- Invoicing campus auxiliaries such as the CSU Fullerton, Auxiliary Services Corporation
- University facility rentals
- Professional sports team invoicing for usage of University facilities
- Some abatements.
